YOUR ROLE :

1. Create and execute top-notch text, image and video content towards the goal of increasing brand awareness and generating leads

2. Create, optimise and manage content for organization's website, blog, social networking accounts, newsletters, PR opportunities and any and all places where content is required

3. Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

4. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

5. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)

6. Manage creation, editing and posting of videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

7. Create, execute and manage digital and content marketing campaigns

8. Create, execute and manage social media strategy

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

1. You should have English writing skills with flawless grammar (Compulsory)

2. You should have good English speaking skills

3. You should be a dynamic, ambitious and people person comfortable with startup culture

4. You should be able to learn new things quickly

5. You should be very comfortable with technology

6. You should be able to get work done from other people

8. Experience in graphic/web design is a plus, not mandatory

EXPERIENCE :

- 1-2 years of experience or interest in content creation or content marketing
