Job Description:

7 Bazaari is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in expanding our presence in hotels, corporate clients, gifting companies including weddings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisitions and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the hotel, corporate gifting and celebrations markets.

- Identify and target key clients, including hotels, corporates, gifting companies, wedding planners, and other potential partners.

- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Prospect and establish relationships with decision-makers in target industries.

- Present our premium product offerings and create customized solutions to meet client needs.

- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve any issues promptly.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.

Sales Collateral and Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Represent 7 Bazaari at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality, corporate, gifting, and celebrations sectors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of 8-12 years in sales and business development, preferably in the food or gifting industry.

- Strong understanding of the hotel, corporate, gifting, and celebrations markets.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
