Job Title : Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Experience : 1-2 years

Location : Chennai, India

Employment Type : Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities :


 - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat 


- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems 


- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services


 - Opens customer accounts by recording account information 


- Maintains customer records by updating account information


 - Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)


 - Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers 


- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance 


- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members


 - Inform customers about new features and functionalities


 - Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved


 - Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams 


- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features 


- Escalate the customer issues to appropriate people when required

Required Skills :


 - 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative


 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 


- Customer centric and good at record keeping


 - Patience when handling tough cases 


- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset 


- Comfortable using MS-Office and other customized CRM tools 


- Familiarity with SaaS Products is a plus 


- Any degree from IT/Computer Science background is preferred
