SaaS Mantra - Associate - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with the Director of Marketing on various digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the organization's blog and Social Media Accounts
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing d well time or improving conversion
- Coordinate with design & content teams to deliver marketing campaigns in time
- Plan and monitor campaign plan and activities
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Good at digital marketing strategies using PPC, SEO, SEM, and other techniques to attract traffic to the company's website and increasing awareness of company's products and services
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years- of experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising position
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (indeed!)
- Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, Social media, Affiliate marketing and Email marketing is a plus
- Sales & Marketing PPT and Promotion Documents
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- Any UG/PG degree from University.
- Open to explore & learn new tools every day
- Good knowledge on social media
- Creative approach to solve problems
- Flair for acquiring Marketing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Familiar with the SaaS/Software industry is a plus.
- Open to Start-up culture
