Job Profile: Sr. Customer Support Associate
Experience: 1.6 - 5 years
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle support calls and connect with customers to resolve the issue.
- Answer the queries of the customers over chat.
- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts
- Monitor usage and help the engineering team with improving the product
- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers
- Play a vital role in account expansion and retention
- Brilliant communication skills
- Stronghold on English language (written and verbal)
- Looking for an immediate joiner.
