Post - Language Editor
Location- This is a full-time, onsite position located in S.Chand Corporate Office, Mohan Estate, New Delhi.
Experience - 3 to 5 years
Key Purpose :
To edit the relevant content in the identified subject as per the review checklist and make it print ready. S/he will work closely with the Curriculum Head.
Responsibilities :
The Editor will review and edit high quality, standards-aligned content and collaborate with fellow writers and editors to improve the quality of content.
- Write creative and engaging content as per the defined philosophy and template, wherever required - rhymes or songs or stories
- Review and edit lesson plans, teacher manuals, activity kit, worksheets, guidebook, activity kit components such as flash cards, charts, posters and operational manual for Early years.
- Work closely with editing team to revise and improve content.
- To have a passion for language and all its aspects - vocabulary development, grammar, syntax, and spelling.
- To welcome feedback on your review, turn around and make it twice as good.
- To excel at multitasking and delivering results on time.
- To attend all relevant meetings for the work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build great products.

Preferred Qualifications :
- M.A. in education or English / Instructional Designer
- 3 - 5 years of content review/editorial experiences in the Publishing Industry
- Preferable if she/he has, knowledge of Early years books/curriculum
