Rysecamp - Manager - Digital Marketing (0-3 yrs)

Role : Digital Marketing Manager, 0-2 years of experience

Nature of role : Part-time, requiring 30 hours in a month.

Compensation : INR 30k per month (for the first month, 50% will be given in advance).

Rysecamp is an Android app on which users can learn short courses in small, fun bites. A user can simply tap a course and start swiping through easy bites. In 15-20 minutes, a user can easily get a good hold over a topic. This learning journey is far more enjoyable and easier than the traditional learning journey of figuring out the right course, paying upfront after reading reviews, sitting through hours of videos, taking copious notes, and sustaining the discipline and time required to complete 10-20 hours of a course.

The two key areas of work will be :

I. Creating a content development and posting schedule for social media channels

- Developing simple posts out of our content bites (as course teasers) for user engagement and community build up (and communicating our app USP)

- Engaging with users on social media platforms for organic growth of community and app downloads (flexing our short courses on topic threads, etc.)

II. Running user acquisition campaigns on Google and Social Media

- Running simple Google ad campaigns (primarily based on key courses on Rysecamp platform, like cryptocurrencies, business strategy, career growth etc.).

- Running ads/promoted posts on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to attract users.

- The idea is to develop 3-4 keys hooks for our product (for eg., marketing courses in 15 minutes, learn crypto in 15 mins, a course on studying overseas for graduates, etc.) and shaping our content and ads around the same, instead of spreading ourselves thin and trying too many tactics.

- Over a period of two months, we would like to acquire 10k users with the help of both organic and paid campaigns, aiming for 1k repeat users.

- We would be glad to absorb the role into a full-time position depending on how the project goes.
