Rurash Financials - Team Lead - Sales - Equity Segment (4-6 yrs)

Job Objective: To grow the business by enhancing sales of the company in the Unlisted Equity investment segment through new customer acquisition and retention.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly business targets by selling Unlisted Equity to customers, maintaining the targeted net margins. Be responsible for both individual as well as team targets.

- Manage a team of 5-6 Relationship Managers, closely monitor their sales output and keep them motivated and on track.

- Train the team on the Unlisted Product segment, coaching them on how to sell and address the FAQs of clients.

- Develop and maintain client relationships by engaging resources of the organization to provide meaningful and personalized service aimed at enhancing customer's value and the organisation's reach.

- Manage the lead bank generated through marketing campaigns effectively, maximizing conversions and minimising time lags.

- Share feedback with Marketing on the quality of leads every week and actively participate in generating new leads and develop prospects,

- Build deep relationships with all HNI clients by providing them with long term investment strategies and solutions that are customized to their needs.

- Identify new investment or cross selling opportunities with your existing clients and bring them to a sales closure.

- Continuous networking and engaging with clients to explore referrals for prospective clients.

- Ensure all client enquiries and problems are resolved most effectively.

- Ensure clients are on-boarded by ensuring and complying to all procedural and regulatory formalities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional communication and team management skills.

- Desire to work in a start-up investment boutique company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong competency in sales, managing clients and financial markets.

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:

- Graduate or Post Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in the Equity Sales segment.

- Should have handled a team before.
