1. Includes all types of administrative work, database management, maintaining client portfolios and in-depth follow-up in each stage
2. Monitoring and analysing the current operational layout to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving it
3. Content writing for all existing and new products to be developed (like PMS, etc.)
4. Periodic blog updates on various financial planning and wealth management topics
5. To ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service with a satisfying solution to the inquiries and complaints placed by the customer
6. Good communication skills and knowledge about financial instruments like mutual funds and Fixed deposits would be an added advantage
