We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate candidates for Group Team Leader Role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Manage a team of Assistant Relationship Officers (Telesales) and achieve sales targets assigned to the team

- Motivate, train & lead the team towards successful outcomes

- Increase lead conversions from all team members

- Managing & monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basis

- Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver the highest lead to disbursal conversion

- Ensure no losses or error occurred while assisting the customer

- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes

- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: 

- 3-7 years of experience in sales of loans or any other banking & financial product, preferably for online customers

- High-energy, positive attitude & passion for Sales

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Good in quantitative aptitude

- Must be a graduate (BA/B-Com/B-Sc/BBA/MBA)

- Candidate from Personal Loan Product will be given more preference

- Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 people
