Define the Role :
Relationship management :
- Develop trust with central team of Banks
- Setup meeting cadence & regular interaction with banks
- Pitch new products/ schemes/processes to banks
- Responsible for resolving process and tech related issues emanating from Bank/Rupeek
- Solutioning - Understand Bank / Rupeek requirements and create win-win solutions
- Explore tie-ups with new banks
Internal :
- Ensure bank gets desired share of volumes
- Alignment of Rupeek teams to meet Bank expectations
Persona :
- Upto 3 years of experience
Qualification : Chartered Accountant
