Rupeek - Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek's offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with Gold Powered Credit card customers to ensure business and referrals
- Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
- Share local insights from the field to the central team
Skills required
- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
- Hunger- Check past Incentive earnings
Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
Basic mathematics calculations
Candidate Persona:
- Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
- Preferably between 25-30 years of age
- 2 Years of Field Sales Experience
- BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, FMCG
- Age not more than 30 Years
- Driving Licence and 2 Wheeler is must
- Local Language Proficiency/Local Candidates
- Should be able to do basic mental calculations like simple percentages
