About the Role : 

- Develop a deep understanding of product & pricing frameworks

- Develop the ability to deeply understand the customer and understand customer willingness to pay

- Work cross functionally to drive go-to-market changes and roll outs almost independently, incl. solving for conflicts

- Develop execution plans with high emphasis on attention to detail

- Identify key insights to bring business and improve margins

Persona :

- Graduate from top tier college - Strong academics

- Overall 3+ yrs of work-ex with minimum 1.5 yrs in a renowned startup

- Experience in category function in prior start-up stint

- Well rounded individual with strong communication skills

Skills : 

- Problem structuring, planning and tracking

- High level of ownership

- Comfort with ambiguity; strong test and learn bias; ready to get hands dirty

- Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally
