Job Description

Being a Relationship Manager, the candidate is expected to drive growth for RupeeGO with the primary role of completely owning the Borrower (customer) Journey. The candidate will have to firmly pitch RupeeGO's Loan products to get them on-board and confidently resolve customer queries and escalations to retain their trust.

Job Responsibilities

- Owning the entire customer journey from on-boarding to disbursal

- Calling and periodically following up with potential Borrowers to pitch RupeeGO products and get them on-boarded along with requisite documentation

- Assisting newly registered Borrowers from acquisition channels in completing customer on-boarding along with requisite documentation

- Regularly Engaging with registered Borrowers for documentation (KYC, payment instruments, agreements, etc.)

- Answering customer queries and resolving them appropriately

- Co-ordinating with business and product teams to enhance customer experience

- Maintaining MIS reports related to customer acquisition and retention

Key Skills & Requirement

- The candidate should exude confidence and obsess about customer satisfaction

- A self-starter, willing to take ownership in a fast -growing work space

- Should be patient and self-motivated to deal with a diverse customer set

- Relevant Experience in Fintech/lending space of 0.5 - 2 years is desired

- Have clear verbal and written communication skills
