Summary : We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager with a preferred MBA background and a minimum of 2 years plus of experience in the advertising field. The ideal candidate will excel in independently managing both existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and delivering creative solutions. Proficiency in impactful presentations, a creative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role, which may also involve on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.

Needs Assessment : Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable strategies and creative solutions.

Presentations : Create and deliver compelling presentations (PPT skills) to clients, effectively conveying ideas, strategies, and campaign performance.

Innovation : Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client campaigns and drive results.

Problem Solving : Take a proactive approach to identify and address potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Fieldwork : Be prepared for on-site activities as required, which may involve client meetings, events, or campaign implementation.
