Looking for the following profiles for Area Sales Managers
- Age: 28-32 (a couple of years relaxation can be given basis strength of the profile)
- Must be an ASM for at least 2 years
- Preferably an MBA
- Should be compulsorily from FMCG space
- Must have exposure to the geography for which recruitment is being done.
- Must have a proven track record of achieving sales and distribution objectives.
- Must have handled a reasonably large team of people with direct and indirect (Off roll/distributor roll) sales people.
Key Skills required - Team Management and building, Communication and Presentation, Conflict management, Negotiation skills.
Competency required - Area and business knowledge, Managing business objectives, Result focus, Team Management and leadership thinking.
Key interactions - Sales Officers, Distributors and their teams.
