Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing the sales of our beverages in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the beverage industry as a Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory
- Manage the sales pipeline and work towards achieving sales objectives
- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to understand their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to the management team
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the beverage industry as a Sales Officer
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
