As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for managing our bakery outlets and expanding our business in the Bhubaneswar and Cuttack regions. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing outlets and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our market share

- Manage and oversee the operations of our bakery outlets

- Identify potential new locations for outlets and franchisees in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Develop marketing campaigns and promotions to increase sales and customer loyalty

- Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on managing outlets

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in business development and managing outlets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be willing to accept challenges and take ownership of outcomes

- Must be a local male candidate of Bhubaneswar or Cuttack
