AREA SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven AREA SALES MANAGER to join our growing team of RUCHAK, INDIA

- They will be responsible for identifying and developing key clients (Super stockiest, Distributors) for business expansion and accomplishment of targets.

- We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Must have his sales team.

Experience: 5-8 yrs. experiences from FMCG food industry are preferred

Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Bihar

Requirement: Min. 1 in each state

Responsibilities :

- To oversee the sales activities of a region to ensure set targets are achieved and business grows remarkably.

- Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and training of sales staff.

- Supervising sales teams to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization.

- To prepare & perform Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise

- To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

- Maintaining relationships with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.

- Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets.

- To conduct analysis and survey of sales territories to adjust where necessary.

- They ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures. They are also in charge of assigning sales territories and quota to sales teams and representatives.

- To develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service.

- To prepare and submit annual budgets with detailed expenditure to company executives for approval.

- To visit existing and potential clients to offer products/services as well as elaborate on product features and its ability to meet client requirements.

- To monitor the performance of sales staff and provide coaching to address employee inability.

- To motivate and support the sales team to achieve set goals.

- To present periodic reports to RSM on sales operations

- They also conduct research to identify new product opportunities and trending consumer needs.

Skills :

- Expertise in working in sales applications.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in working with and influencing other people
