Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience, and driving overall ecommerce growth. The Online Ecommerce Executive will play a key role in implementing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, maximize revenue, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Online Store Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

- Monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain adequate stock levels.

- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer acquisition.

Customer Experience Optimization:

- Enhance the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Implement best practices for website navigation, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Digital Marketing and Campaigns:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.

- Optimize digital marketing efforts to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze ecommerce performance metrics.

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management team.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the online retail industry.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.

- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing strategies.
