Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Online Store Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Customer Experience Optimization:
- Enhance the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement best practices for website navigation, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Digital Marketing and Campaigns:
