Job Description
- Mandatory Experience in Capital Market Domain
- Primary responsibility will be acquire new clients through the sales team
- A key Sales team member who would be responsible for team acquisition at various location
- Would be initially managing a team of 15 people and is expected to add 25-30 people every year
- Motivation and monitoring of the team at different locations and make them responsible for targets achievement
- Training of sales at different location who work without any office .
- Should have capacity to solve sales team and clients problems from time to time
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
