The Key Account Executive is responsible for the sales performance and the profitability of the Modern Trade for the assigned Territory within a region (defined as North, East, West, South and Central). He/she assists the Key Account Manager (KAM) in delivering the overall regional sales objectives, supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies- policies and strategies.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Sound forward thinking and planning skills

- Analytical skills to handle complex situations,

- Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions and

- Clear commitment and vision to steer the distribution team

Responsible for :

- Creating and Developing productive long term relationships with customers

- Creating long term strategies with the clients towards business delivery

- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers

- Driving sales targets

- Ensure and ensure in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor's management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.

Required Qualification :

- Education: Graduate and above

- Minimum 4 years responsibility for handling modern trade accounts

- Must have handled D'mart, Big Bazaar, Cash & Carry, Natures Basket, Spencers, Hyper Market, Reliance Fresh, ABRL
