RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - Assistant Manager - Marketing & Events - Hello India (1-5 yrs)
- Develop ideas for events based on the determination of target groups to be focused on, festivals/ seasonality, successful events in the past, customer expectations, etc.
- Obtain inputs from the creative/other Event agencies on the new events that can be conducted
- Evaluate all ideas on parameters such as feasibility in terms of sponsorship and execution, budget required and maintain internal targets
- Develop an annual events calendar of events
- Identify event execution/ management, creative agency.
- Identify sponsors for the various events , interact with them to explain the concept, objective and target group of the event and finalize sponsorship deals .
- Ensure tracking of the expenses/ spend on the events and any deviation from the budget on a regular basis
