RoyalOak Furniture - State Head - Sales (10-20 yrs)
We have Immediate Requirement for State Head- Position with our organization.(Furniture Background is Mandatory.)
Job Role : State Head
- Participate in the strategic planning process of the distribution channel and provide support and inputs into the company's annual financial planning and budgeting
- Implement state sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Own and achieve annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the companys customer base
- Oversee future business streams related to furniture and achieving sales target as set by management.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the functions
- Manage and support recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall department KRA's, conduct performance appraisal
- Oversee employee deployment and drive motivation levels of the team, monitor employee welfare and facilitate complaint resolution to manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with corporate sales team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. Complaint & Resolution.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong awareness of the market / competitors and exploit opportunities as and when they arise.
- Share the best practices in the state across the organization . Stabilize new line leaders & ensure increase in productivity per unit along with timely launch of new products.
- Manage, coordinate and evaluate long, medium and short-term operating plans and create budgets for the same in line with the organizations budgets.
- Ensure adherence to the annual operations budget through tight monitoring of the operating expenses at state level
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of the sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales growth in the organization.
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- % Sales - Leads V/s Conversations Display maintenance at the stores, work closely with marketing to ensure the brand visibility and increase TOMA of the brand for influencers and end consumer.
- Growth of Royaloak stores, DMs and franchise store vs MBOs Adherence to stated standards & philosophy Product Knowledge Monitor the assigned sales organizations compliance with required standards
- Work with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation(contests) administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures and suggest new sales enablement initiatives.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
