Job Description :
- Showroom Sale forecasting.
- Responsible for Smooth process of operations.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
- Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
- Organize all stores operations/ sales and allocate responsibilities to personnel Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance Prepare and control the stores budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores reputation
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Ensure the store fullfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
