Job Description

- Responsible for Developing Brand Equity of Royaloak and affiliate brands

- To create consumer promotions as per Market & business vertical requirement

- Developing Brand presence in low performing markets

- Responsible for creating marketing plan for hero products and new categories through differentiated marketing activities.

- Creating customer acquisition and retention programs

- Developing competitive vendors for various markets and managing the relationship

- Creating in-store and out-store communication templates for enhanced customer experience.

- Team Development

Key Performance Indicators

1. Revenue Generation as per the organization's annual Target plan through various marketing activities

2. Develop Omni channel business by empowering the E-commerce business, along with physical stores, through various Digital Marketing activities, SEO, Paid Media and data analytics

3. Creating lifetime value programs, and increased business through Loyalty programs

4. Developing various social media platforms for the brands and creating regular engagement programs

5. Creating & Delivering the promotional plans for individual brands as per calendarized plans thru ATL/BTL & Digital Channels and quick response activities

6. Enhancing customer recruitment in stores as well as on the website through various engagement activities.

7. Creating PR and Brand properties for enhancing brand value

8. Controlling Marketing budget for revenue optimization.

9. Liasoning with multiple departments for smooth management operations

Desirable : 

1. Candidate should be highly energetic

2. Candidate should have thorough knowledge on Digital Marketing & Offline marketing for reputed brands

3. Good negotiation skills

4. Good in team handling

5. Understanding of Market Research and good in Data Analytics

6. Good Creative understanding
