Immediate Requirement For Category Head for office and Outdoor
- Responsible for ensuring display management in stores RMS/FMS
- Regular tracking of stock availability in stores
- Ensuring sales achievement per store as per the budgets
- Responsible for liquidation of ageing inventory
- Ensuring for launching of new products in the store
- Ensuring right manpower is on the floor for selling for the department
- Preparing sales reports and people productivity reports
- Training of the people
The key responsibilities :
- Sourcing and buying ( Plan & Buy), Move and Sell
- Ensure right vendors are identified and buying done as per the planning
- Preparing vertical wise budget and achieving the same
- Making assortment plan for various verticals
- Managing inventory
- Ensuring movement from vendor to the respective warehouses/customers in time and secondary movement to the stores
- Designing necessary promotions for the products
- Conceptual display plan and execution through VM in the stores
- Designing marketing plans
- Delivering the margins
