Job Description :

- As a Business Development Executive specializing in lead generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, nurture, and qualify potential leads to contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with the sales teams to develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads and opportunities for our products/services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and identify potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.

- Implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing outreach, social media engagement, and networking events to generate leads.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to BANT qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience and handover to sales team by scheduling an appointment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system by building and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential clients and their contact information.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role with bachelor's degree.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify and qualify prospective clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
