In summary, your responsibilities would cover the following major areas :

1. Take a responsibility for hospital P&L through recruitment of Visiting Doctors and generating of patient traffic.

2. Collaborate with South Delhi Obst. / Gynae. Doctors and referring Consultant to drive volumes.

3. Must have background in Medical Sales with south Delhi Doctors (Obst./ Gynae, General Surgery and Cosmetics etc)with special emphasis on Obstt./ Gyane.

4. Creating and establishing good referral base from other specialities anddeveloping AVIP network.

Job Responsibilities :

- Collaborating with Consultants and driving business through them.

- Empanelling and collaborating with various Corporates, Panels, TPA's and Doctors.

- Suggesting innovative and creative promotional ideas for revenue generation.

- Ensure data base analysis and revenue generation, Budgeting and good Business Acumen.

- To effectively interface with the trade physicians, nursing homes and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.

- To demonstrate ability to design, conceptualize and implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives.

- To create database of Potential Doctors & Nursing homes/hospitals across Delhi, NCR.

- To conceive plan and organize CMEs /other programs for referring physicians. Responsible for newsletters to referral doctors.

- To convening regular meetings and performance reviews involving Team Members and Team Leaders, Referral Relations

- To maintain and track - doctors performance vis-a-vis Referral Relations Targets.

- To achieve target revenue of Referral Team

- To manage Referral Relations team/ provide leadership to the Referral Relations team to achieve their targets.

- To recruit, retain & develop referral team for the units.

- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies & practices.

- To have complete orientation of QMS system of Hospital.

- To Comply with patient safety policy

- To do tie ups and maintain relationship with corporates and institutions.

- To form and implement an effective feedback and grievance redressal system both for the employees and the patients.

- To manage, motivate and coordinate with Rosewalk team.

- Helping Accounts department in corresponding with billing or any deduction / recovery.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Revenue generation.

- Referral target achievement - 80%

- Roll out of Doctors loyalty Program.

- Creating the doctors- active database - Identifying 50 top Drs from each Team Member's territory (Gyane. & Obstt. And Neonatology, Paediatrics).

- To equip the team with Proper Communication tools

- To organize CMEs with good Drs- participation

Requirements -

Essential: Graduate from any stream.

Preferable: MBA / PG Diploma in business/ Hospital/ Healthcare Admin.

Experience: Min. 5 to 10 Years of Healthcare Industry.

- Proven record of Liaising with Corporates and Panels and empanelment of TPAs.

- Revenue Generation Relationship building with the key referring doctors

- Technical Competencies Knowledge of Competitive technical practices.

- Leadership / Behavioral Competencies and Leadership through demonstration.

- Knowledge of market & of Good Presentation Skills

- Time management
