Must-Have Skills :

- Leads generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc

- Excellent Analytical & communication skills (written and oral)


- Email Etiquette, Proposal writing, Follow-up, requirement gathering, client interaction, and closure

- Should be able to initiate client meetings on their own


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proven experience in successfully bidding and winning projects on Upwork or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process, policies, and client expectations.


- Identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's capabilities.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients acquired through Upwork.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.


- Excellent Analytical communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment or manage a team.

- Familiarity with relevant industry trends and technologies.
