We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as the PPC Team Leader. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) team to new heights while also taking on the exciting responsibility of meeting with potential clients. As the PPC Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing our team's efforts, ensuring exceptional results in digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth.

- Develop and implement PPC strategies to optimize campaigns, drive targeted traffic, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for our clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.

- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign targeting to ensure optimal performance and relevance.

- Monitor and analyze campaign data and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.

- Take a proactive approach to client engagement, including attending meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our services, and build strong relationships from the outset.

- Stay informed about client industries, competitors, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and leading PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setting.

- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.

- Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
