Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Manager - CRM, Loyalty, and Experience (B2B & B2C) in Brand or Agencies . The Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer relationship management, loyalty programs, and overall customer experience. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, driving customer retention and loyalty, and managing customer feedback to improve their experience with Rocksport.

Responsibilities :

- Proven experience in customer relationship management and loyalty programs

- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights

- Overseeing & orchestrating the experience for customer/consumers across all touchpoints pre, during and post purchase experience

- Ownership of customer/consumer data-leveraging tech led tools, automation to up sell, cross sell and trigger revenue enhancement.

- Enhancing retention, loyalty, repeat purchases and brand evangelism from consumers/customers.

- Cross functional collaboration within the organization to ensure the above happens consistently.

- Delivering a "One Rocksport" experience across touchpoints, offerings and formats

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Experience in the adventure or experiential learning industry is a plus

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

- 4-5 years of experience post qualification

- Experience in services marketing a must-experience in travel, hospitality, adventure tours etc an added plus (Could be on the brand or the agency side)

- Go getter, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Collaboration champion

- Fluency with digital and automation tools to achieve and accomplish stated KPI'st
