Robosoft - Senior Executive - Inside Sales Role/Business Development (4-7 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in calling the India region to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sr. Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telecalling, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the India market dynamics.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the India region to generate leads and promote Robosoft's services.
- Conduct in-depth research on target companies and individuals to gather relevant information for effective communication.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and manage customer profiles with accuracy.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further sales conversion.
- Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the Middle East -region.
- Proven work experience as a Sr. Inside Sales Executive, preferably from an IT consulting company with 2-4 years of experience in calling the India region.
- Strong knowledge of telecalling techniques, including lead generation, cold calling, and objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in email automation tools like Outreach, leadsquared, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with the India market dynamics, including cultural nuances, business practices, and decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn for research and utilizing third-party websites to gather market intelligence.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer profiles and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
