RoaDo - Sales Development Role (2-3 yrs)

We are looking for a go-getter, sales enthusiast for a sales development representative role at RoaDo to assist our team in expanding our customer base aligning with our mission to democratize tech for logistics. The sales development representative's responsibilities broadly include working on marketing and outreach initiatives for generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers or to solicit new potential customers.


2. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from social media advertisements campaigns and email campaigns.

3. Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

4. Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.

5. Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

6. Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.

7. Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

8. Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

9. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

Requirements :

1. Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.

3. Work experience with SaaS, Supply chain related fields is a plus

4. Knowledge of working with lead generation tools
