RMX Group - Graphic Designer (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
4. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using softwares
5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
6. Work with team, copywriter and marketing director to produce final designs
7. Test graphics across various media
8. Amend designs after feedback
9. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Skills and Qualifications Requirements :
1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Working experience with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
8. Capability to communicate effectively and provide proactive feedback
