- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by utilizing various online platforms, such as freelancing websites, bidding portals, and marketplaces, to identify and bid on relevant projects and opportunities that align with the company's services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services.

Responsibilities :

- Utilize online platforms to identify and bid on relevant projects aligned with the company's services.

- Research potential clients and projects through online research and networking.

- Create compelling project proposals that showcase the company's value proposition.

- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and responding promptly.

- Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines to secure favourable agreements.

- Cultivate long-term client relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns.

- Explore and develop new business opportunities, understanding client requirements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, adapting bidding strategies as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of bids, interactions, and project outcomes. Provide regular reports.

- Regularly bid on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other portals to acquire and convert projects.

- Estimate project costs based on analysed client requirements.

Desired Skills :

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as Business Development Executive or with the similar position and proven track record of successful online bidding.

- Strong understanding of various online bidding platforms and freelancing websites.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and engage effectively with clients.

- Negotiation skills with the ability to balance client expectations and company capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.

- Having familiarity with the UAE and Asia region will be advantageous.

- Familiarity with the IT industry, including product development, software development, web design and development, blockchain, and emerging technologies.

- Flexibility to travel for business meetings, conferences, and events as required.
