- RitikaaWood is the preferred brand for India's leading Architects and Designers for their needs of custom high-end joinery used in Premium High End Luxury Villas constructed for self-occupation.

Job purpose : 

- To meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive. Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, designing and implementing sales strategies.

Duties and responsibilities : 

- Identify target audience and generate leads

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Liaise with Design team to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals to customers
