Job Description :

- We are embarking on a green field effort to establish and expand our alliance with Microsoft and we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Alliance Head for Microsoft at Rishabh Software. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the alliance between RSPL and Microsoft. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, expanding market presence, and maximizing the value of the partnership. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to create synergies, develop joint solutions, and generate revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan aligning with RSPL (Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd) objectives and targets.

- Identify key areas of collaboration and define joint value propositions with Microsoft to drive revenue growth.

- Establish performance metrics and set ambitious goals for the alliance partnership.

Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, including executives, partner managers, and technical teams.

- Collaborate closely with Microsoft to align business strategies, leverage resources, and explore co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all alliance-related matters between RSPL and Microsoft, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Joint Solution Development :

- Work closely with Microsoft product teams to identify areas of alignment and joint solution development.

- Drive the creation of innovative, market-leading solutions that leverage the combined capabilities of RSPL and Microsoft technologies.

- Facilitate collaboration between RSPL and Microsoft technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Develop revenue models and pricing strategies for joint solutions.

Business Development :

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue targets.

- Actively participate in sales activities, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

KPIs :

- Satisfaction ratings and feedback from Microsoft stakeholders.

- Number of successful collaboration initiatives with Microsoft.

- Joint marketing and sales activities executed.

- Number of joint solutions developed and launched.

- Revenue generated from joint solution sales.

- Customer satisfaction and feedback on joint solutions.

- Number of new business opportunities generated through the alliance.

- Revenue generated from joint sales activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in alliance management & strategic partnerships.

- Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including products, services, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving innovative solutions.

- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using data to drive insights, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.

- Willingness to travel as needed to Microsoft and customer locations.
