Responsibilities and Duties:
- To help customers understand the product offerings as per their requirements and respond and resolve all the queries raised by them.
- Assist the Customers during various interactions and make sure that customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchase and servicing experience.
- Constant efforts on keeping oneself updated with the company's existing and new product offerings, their benefits and features.
- Upselling/cross-selling products and services to our existing customers.
- Prepare Sales reports, track and publish Individual and team productivity and performance.
- KPIs in the form of Sales Targets, Customer Satisfaction, Daily productivity and Quality Scores.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
- Graduation in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is an advantage
Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (5 Days working)
