Position Overview :

- We are seeking a talented and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join as a founding member of our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising online marketing strategies for Rio App. This role will focus on driving measurable results across various digital channels, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

A.) Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies :

1.) Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns for App across channels such Google, Facebook, YouTube & mobile affiliates to acquire new users.

2.) Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor campaign performance to ensure goals are met.

3.) Experienced in using third party attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Branch etc.

4.) Understand app install attribution and fraud detection engines like P360

5.) Own the quality of customers and CAC.

6.) Work with creatives to design appropriate inventory for all channels

7.) Experience in ad fraud prevention

B.) Data Analysis and Reporting :

1.) Analyse campaign data, user behaviour, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

2.) Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting the performance of marketing campaigns against established KPIs.

C.) Optimization :

1.) Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise campaign performance.

2.) Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance ROI and achieve business goals.

D.) Budget Management :

1.) Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels.

2.) Monitor spending against budgets and adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI.

E.) Collaboration :

1.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

2.) Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements :

- Proven 3-5 years experience in app performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable objectives.
