Rigi is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our users and content creators receive exceptional support, onboarding, and guidance. If you're a customer-centric professional with SAAS experience, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us and empower content creators to thrive in the digital world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the client onboarding process, guiding users and content creators through a seamless and informative experience.

- Develop a deep understanding of our platform's offerings, features, and capabilities, enabling you to provide expert guidance to our customers.

- Educate customers on best practices for utilizing our platform to maximize their monetization potential and community growth.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Gather valuable feedback from customers and relay it to our product development team to help shape the future of our platform.

- Maintain clear and organized records of customer requirements and feedback for future reference.


- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role

- Prior experience in SAAS companies is a must

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

- Technical proficiency in G Suite and ability to quickly learn and navigate software tools.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
