Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the [industry/niche] to promote our IT products and services.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up calls.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions and address client inquiries effectively.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
