Job Description:

- Lead generation for IT services (not products)

- Cold calling, mass mailing, digital networking

- Contacting people via phone calls, emails, social networks, internet, etc and setting up appointments over web or in person for front end sales people,

- Probing, generating interest of companies to buy Rigel services

- Qualifying and nurturing and follow-up of companies-people

- Keeping track of target companies-people activities

- Exploring new ways to generate leads, managing leads via CRM and excel and other reporting formats as given by superiors

- Setting up appointments for events, trade shows and networking events, showcasing company services and portfolio to prospects

- Knowledge gathering of sales and various industry verticals

- Need to attend sales training imparted within company

- Keeping oneself aware about new happenings in Industry

- Competitors research and getting ideas from them

- Poaching of talents & setting up appointments with higher management people of competitors to meet with Rigel management

- Working on industry associations and lead database to generate prospects

- Sending pre-sales materials

- Must maintain strict confidentiality of all information and contracts and customers - prospects - pipelines

- No freelancing

- Must not use and disclose personal information to any prospects

- Lead qualification will happen via a set of parameters

Job Responsibilities:

- Sales and marketing, increasing company revenue by acquiring new customer accounts
