We are looking for a talented Social media and Community manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You should be a - people person- with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications

- In this role we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Requirements :

- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

- 2-5 years of Proven work experience as a Social media or Community manager

- Hands on experience in content management

- Excellent copy writing skills

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

- Proven work experience as a community manager

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Excellent writing skills

- Hands on experience with social media management for brands

- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
