Job Description : Requirement of a Female candidate for outbound calling process
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
Contact private individuals by phone
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase
Describe products and services
Respond to questions
Identify and overcome objections
Take the customer through the sales process
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Follow up on initial contacts
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 1.5 yrs of experience in outbound calling process
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
Good typing skills
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Proven track record in sales
Required language skills (fluency in 3 languages English, Hindi, Marathi.)
