Problem we are solving

In comparison to worldwide norms, customer support in traditional contact centers is quite appalling, due to high number of queries, insufficient capacity of agents and inane customer support systems, businesses struggle with a multi-fold rise in customer discontent and bounce rate, resulting in connectivity failure points between them and customers. To address this issue, IITian couple Manish and Rashi Gupta founded Rezo's AI-Powered CX Cloud for Enterprises 2018 to help businesses avoid customer churn and boost revenue without incurring financial costs by providing 24x7 real-time responses to customer inquiries with minimal human interaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Generate new sales through inbound lead follow-up and outbound reach outs over multiple channels

Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

2) Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails & present our company to potential prospects

Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

3) Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

4) Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives

5) Ensure that individual meets or exceeds overall targets such as: opportunity generation, pipeline creation number target

6) Keep the pipeline realistic in terms of the pipeline revenue goals and monthly opportunity creation number target.

Requirements:

1) Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.

2) 1-4 years of Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in an enterprise SaaS company.

3) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

4) Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.

5) Track record of achieving sales quotas.

Goal oriented and innovative.

6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot & good understanding of sales performance metrics.

7) Excellent negotiation skills & ability to deliver engaging presentations.

8) Team player with the highest level of integrity, who will continue to improve the way Rezo.AI serves its customers.
