Reward360 - Manager/Senior Manager - Alliances & Partnerships (7-10 yrs)
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager, Alliances & Partnerships
Exp: 7 to 10 yrs
Job Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to understand loyalty and rewards requirements and identify segments for partnerships/alliances to expand Reward360 rewards club offering.
- Identify prominent and trending brands in a category and pitch our partnership to integrate them into Reward360 rewards partner network.
- Negotiate commercials and get the agreements executed for partnerships and alliances.
- Maintain partner relationship across various categories.
- Seek and provide feedback to partners.
- Continuously evaluate the products from different brands in the partner network to make the required changes.
- Evaluate and add partners/alliances outside India to enable cross border commerce.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to run the business efficiently.
- Be informed of the loyalty and rewards industry landscape, competitions/competitors and client requirements at various levels.
- Manage team effectively to drive results for the organisation.
- Record and monitor KPI's and make required improvements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of loyalty and rewards industry will be a plus.
- Experience in handling aggressive goals and managing a very efficient team.
- Experience and understanding of digital gift voucher ecosystem will be a plus.
- Good understanding of ecommerce business.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and relationship management.
