Responsibilities :

- Sending quotes for web development projects and seeing through the project till completion by coordinating with client and internal team.

- Identify potential business prospects / opportunities / leads

- Suggest various innovative sales campaigns to increase revenue

- Pitch services to new clients

- Create and build start to end sales strategies (From sales email to proposal writing to reporting)

- Technical assessment abilities

- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity in development and lead generation

- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time

- Develop quality control processes.

- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Must Haves :

- Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Take ownership of any customer concerns to rectify them.

- Passionate about working with clients to help drive timely and quality business results.

- Working with multiple stakeholders specially Developers, Clients, etc. Relationship management will be your secret weapon.

- You will be the bridge between the client and the web developers. So you need to have a clear understanding of the client requirements to be shared with the developers

- After your initial client meeting, you will need to make documentation of the meeting and present it to the development team so that they can understand the requirements and put down effective questions in one go for you to get the deliverables from the client.

- Total maintenance of the projects and should be properly documented.

- Some technical knowledge in the web / WordPress development domain would be a good add-on

- Weekly meetings with the Development team.

- Quality check of project.

- Identifying business development opportunities.

Good to Have :

- Domain expertise | Tech talkie

- Business growth / Sales growth hacker

- Digital marketing knowledge is a big plus

- Technical expertise in WordPress, Shopify, or any other similar tools.
