H/She will be working with the Account Manager closely on proposal preparation and understanding opportunities of up-selling with existing clients.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Accountable as the direct link between clients accounts of the company and managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build trust and credibility with clients to maintain and grow strong relationships.

- Organize team meetings and internal operations and deliveries to ensure client growth

- Unearthing new sales opportunities through up selling with existing clients and turning them into long-term partnerships

- Tactfully handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically push back client if the need be

- In-depth knowledge of the overall brand strategy and ensuring plans executed accordingly

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, WordPress and other marketing tools.

- Proven track record at handling client communications, end to end social media management and basic copywriting skills

- Keep a close watch on competition and stay updated with client industry trends.
